End User License Agreement (EULA) for Anylane

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANYLANE. BY USING OR ACCESSING ANYLANE END-USER LEVEL APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE ANYLANE.

1. License Grant

Diorama, s. r. o. ("Licensor") grants you ("User") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Anylane kiosk navigation software ("Software") for personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. License Restrictions

• You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Software.
• You may not distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software to any third party.
• You may not use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• You agree not to use the Software in a manner that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality.

3. Ownership

The Software, including all related intellectual property rights, is and shall remain the exclusive property of Diorama, s. r. o. This Agreement does not convey to you any rights of ownership in the Software.

4. Updates and Upgrades

Diorama, s. r. o. may provide updates or upgrades to the Software at its discretion. Any updates or upgrades shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement unless specified otherwise.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Diorama, s. r. o. may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DIORAMA, S. R. O. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DIORAMA, S. R. O. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovakia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Diorama, s. r. o. regarding the use of the Software and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
